1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for laboratory services may be issued under the following conditions:

Service Cancellation: If the laboratory service is canceled by the client or the laboratory prior to the commencement of any work. Service Errors: If there is a verifiable error in the testing process that significantly affects the accuracy or reliability of the results.Non-Delivery of Results: If the laboratory fails to deliver results within the agreed timeframe and the delay significantly impacts the client’s needs. Duplicate Payments: If a payment is made more than once for the same service.
 

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

Completed Services: If the laboratory services have been fully performed and results delivered. Client Error: If incorrect information or samples are provided by the client. Force Majeure: If delays or cancellations are due to circumstances beyond the laboratory’s control (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes).
 

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

Submit a refund request in writing within 30 days of the service date. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. Include any relevant documentation or evidence to support the request (e.g., proof of duplicate payment, error reports).
 

4. Review and Approval

Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt. The laboratory reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from the client. Clients will be notified of the approval or denial of their refund request within 15 business days.
 

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
